Meet Scott

I’d like to introduce you to the newest member of our Cronulla Pools crew, Scott. Joining us as our brand new Sales Manager, Scott kicked off his first week just as we went into lockdown but he’s handled it like an absolute boss. He’s got stacks of experience in the sales and business game and he’s just as pumped as we are to help our clients achieve their pool dreams.

The Sales Manager role is a new one for our business but one that we are very excited to fill. Let’s be honest, it has taken us some time to get our heads around having someone sell our pools! Like with all babies, it’s always a bit hard to let go … but as our business gets a little busier each day it’s necessary for us to take the plunge and trust others with tasks we hold very dear. Number one on that list is talking and engaging with you, our clients. That’s where Scott comes in.

So, if you’ve called us recently and had a chat to a pom, that’s Scott! Yep, we’ve gone and hired an ex-recruitment consultant from England. He’s here to stay though, with his wife, Tania, and their two-year-old daughter, Grace. Scott and Tania have recently bought their first house, and are already assessing their pool options in their new backyard.  In his spare time Scott tells me he loves Football. We call it Soccer here – so there’s still some work to be done. 

We knew our new Sales Manager had to be someone special. Someone we could be absolutely confident would be the right person to meet you where you are, when you’re in the market for a pool. Scott brings some 20 years of experience in Sales and Business Development to this role, and understands the importance of building genuine relationships and providing exactly the right guidance when you’re weighing up who to go with for your pool build.

Scott told me he actually feels pretty fortunate to have landed such an awesome role. He’s stoked to be selling something that clients are already really excited about. He was also really drawn to our small yet passionate team and wanted to be a part of it as we continue to grow.

Over the next few months we’ll be throwing Scott in the proverbial deep end as he fully immerses himself in all things pools. He’ll be working very closely with us to ensure that our clients get exactly the pool they dream of when they build with Cronulla Pools. We think Scott’s tops, and we know you will, too.
