Kate Lainson
Boss Lady & Marketing Manager
Kate is Boss Lady – heart and soul of Cronulla Pools. She completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) and worked for an engineering firm for 12 years – starting out as an intern and ending up as an Associate. Kate always wanted to work for herself and going into business with her husband Matt has surpassed all expectations. Kate loves Cronulla Pools because it allows her to excel in a job she’s passionate about. She’s hugely creative, an absolute machine at marketing and comms, and absolutely stellar at understanding the needs of our client and delivering every time. Kate loves seeing what her and Matt can do together when they put their minds to it. For Kate, working in construction is gold because she gets to see designs come to life and loves hearing how much value pools add to their clients lives – nothing better!
Matt Lainson

Matt is the main man at Cronulla Pools – an experienced concreter, landscaper, and project manager who has the brains and business acumen to meet the ever-increasing need for pool building services in Sydney and build an amazing company from the ground up. Matt and Kate met when they were both studying commerce at university, and the rest is history! Matt has spent the past fifteen years working on a variety of projects throughout Sydney and brings a holistic approach to pool building and a thorough understanding of site constraints and project requirements. Matt has a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and is an exceptional problem solver and project coordinator. He’s also a total pro at managing difficult onsite situations – with Matt, you’ll always be in good hands.
