Cronulla Pools and Coronavirus - Let’s not fight the old, rather build the new.

The whole world has experienced a dramatic paradigm shift over the past few weeks.

Like everyone we are flooded with feelings of concern and uncertainty. And that’s normal right ? It’s echoed in conversations had on the daily. We may not ever experience anything like this in our lifetime again - my god, I hope we don’t.

What matters most right now is how we approach the situation to put ourselves and our beautiful business in the best position to come out the other side. And a huge part of that is communication. Keeping you in the loop. Letting you know where we’re at so that you feel comfortable to engage with us during this time.

We’re so lucky. Every single person who works on our pools, works on almost all of our pools. So we trust them, entirely. They’ve all been given the hard word to be honest with us, if they don’t feel well - they’ll be staying home. We’ll be monitoring this very closely.

In an average week we can quote up to 10 pools and so far the enquiries are still coming in thick and fast. We’re absolutely going to be quoting your pools during the pandemic, however we have decided to limit site inspections during the quoting stage for a little while. We’ll get as much information from you through photos, the handy stuff we can get online and a really great chat. And once you’re ready to press go we can tee up a time on site. Until then, we’ll be keeping our distance.

The beauty of pool building is that it’s all outdoors - in the fresh air with never more than a few trades on site. We have little need to be indoors or make contact with our clients at all. So we’ll put it to you, our clients, that if you have any suspicions of illness that you please give us the heads up. A two week delay on your pool isn’t going to cause much worry - and once you get the all clear we’ll be straight back on site to finish your pool.

We have been giving this a lot of thought over the past few weeks and we still feel very fortunate to be able to help make your time spent at home that little bit more enjoyable. We really believe in the value a pool adds to your life and so we hope that if you’ve ever considered building one - you don’t ditch the idea just yet . We’ll be here to chat when you’re ready.

So let’s all band together and align in opportunities for growth. Move forward with honor and integrity because “the secret of change is to focus your energy, not on fighting the old, but building the new”.

Please, stay safe team.
