At Cronulla Pools, we design and build beautiful, bespoke concrete pools across Sydney—and we’re on the lookout for a passionate Site Supervisor to join our growing team.
This isn’t your average site role. We’re looking for someone who loves construction and people. Someone who values a well-run, high-quality job, and thrives in an environment where strong communication and client relationships matter just as much as technical know-how.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for overseeing our pool builds from excavation to handover, working closely with our trades, clients, and in-house team. You’ll manage timelines, ensure quality control, and keep things running smoothly on site.
Your role will focus on:
✅ Building trusted relationships with clients and trades
✅ Keeping projects on track and on time
✅ Quality control and ensuring every detail meets our high standards
✅ Communication—clear, proactive, and consistent updates to clients and team
✅ Troubleshooting on-site challenges with confidence and care
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Solid construction experience (pool experience a bonus, but not essential)
Natural leadership skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach
Strong communication and admin capabilities (you don’t ghost clients or forget the details!)
Pride in your work and a genuine care for the end result
A current driver’s licence and white card (ability to drive manual would be great)
A good sense of humour and team-first mindset
