Pool & Landscape Design
Your dream pool design starts here.
At Cronulla Pools, we don’t just design pools — we design the backdrop to your best memories. The ones where the kids are doing handstands, the BBQ’s sizzling, and life feels exactly as it should.
We’re not a design studio that hands off plans for someone else to build. We’re your start-to-finish team — from that very first sketch to the moment you’re diving in. Because the design only matters if it’s buildable, beautiful, and perfectly suited to your home (and your lifestyle).
Every pool we create is custom-designed by our in-house team to make the most of your space, your sunshine and your budget. The details? They’re where we shine. We balance form with function, style with structure — and always build with the same care we’d want in our own backyard.
It’s not just about building a pool. It’s about creating a place where your family’s forever memories will happen — one splash at a time.
Why choose Cronulla Pools?
Every family’s different — and so is every pool we design.
We take the time to understand how you live, not just how you want things to look. Because great design isn’t about ticking boxes — it’s about creating a space that feels like you.
At Cronulla Pools, we design with the whole picture in mind. The way the sun hits in the afternoon. The line of sight from your kitchen window. The flow between your home, your garden, and your pool — that’s where the magic happens.
No two pools we build are ever the same. Every tile, plant, and finish is chosen with intention. Whether it’s capturing a killer coastal view, maximising a tight city block, or blending into the beauty of the bush — every detail has a purpose.
Because when design is done right, it doesn’t just look good. It feels right.

We’d love to design your pool. Get in touch today.
Beautiful is a given. Buildable is essential. We design pools that do both.

Frequently asked questions.
-
DescripOnce you’ve accepted your quote (you legend), we kick straight into design mode. You’ll chat with our Project Coordinator, send us your inspo pics, and meet with our designer to bring your vision to life. Within about two weeks, you’ll have your first concept — and together we’ll fine-tune it until it’s perfectly you.
-
Nope — and that’s what makes us different. We only design pools we’re building ourselves. That’s because we want full control over the outcome — so what’s on paper is exactly what ends up sparkling in your backyard. It’s how we make sure your pool is both beautiful and buildable.
-
On average, about four weeks. Some clients are super decisive, others like to tweak things until they’re just right (we get it). The faster you provide feedback, the faster we can move into approvals and get you one step closer to swim time.
-
Absolutely — if we’re building your pool. Our in-house designer considers the whole picture: levels, materials, planting and flow. Every element is designed to complement your home and lifestyle, so your pool doesn’t just sit in your backyard — it belongs there.
-
We’re not just drawing pretty plans. We’re creating the blueprint for your family’s forever memories. Our designs are led by lifestyle, backed by structural know-how, and brought to life by the same team that builds them. It means your finished pool looks just as good — and works just as perfectly — as you imagined.

Every new pool in NSW needs council approval — sometimes via a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) if the design ticks the boxes, or otherwise as a full Development Application (DA) plus construction certificates.
We’ll handle this with you — submitting to council, navigating local rules (setbacks, floodlines, heritage overlays etc.), and ensuring your design is approval-ready. -
All NSW pools must meet the Swimming Pools Act and Regulation, which means:
A compliant safety barrier or fence built to Australian Standard (AS1926)
Registration on the NSW Swimming Pool Register
CPR signage displayed nearby
Restricted access from doors and windows that lead directly to the pool area
We design with all of this in mind from the get-go — so when we hand over your pool, it’s not just beautiful, it’s safe and certified.
